Hip Hop Debate: Rhymefest & The LEP Bogus Boys

By El Che

Shout out to Fake Shore Drive for putting together this dope video featuring me and The LEP Bogus Boys discussing: the Chicago Disease, why artists in Chicago don’t work together, the real difference between conscious and gangsta rappers, how singles are commercials for artists and how chicago artists can really show our unity and range to the rest of the world. Please leave some comments and let’s debate.

What’s sad is that Gansta rappers used to be conscious rappers. NWA, Geto Boys, Tupac, they were all talking about societal ills not just champagne and women.
